About Nave
Manage the work,
not the people.
We built Nave to help teams make better delivery decisions from evidence, not opinions.
It was clear something had to change.

Our story
We built the tool we needed.
Nave started inside a product development team that couldn’t keep its promises. We planned every iteration to full capacity and delivered just 25% of what we had committed to. Priorities kept shifting, deadlines slipped and morale dropped.
So we changed how we worked. We adopted Kanban and started making decisions from our delivery data instead of opinions. Performance improved, and so did the culture. What we still didn’t have was a clear way to see whether our changes were working.
That’s why we created Nave.
Today delivery teams use it to find where work gets stuck, forecast delivery from their own history, and show leadership what actually improved.
What we believe
Evidence over opinion.
-
History is the source of truth
When making delivery decisions, start with what your delivery history actually shows. Misreading data does more harm than using none.
-
Manage the work, not the people
Nave looks at how work flows through the system, so teams improve the process instead of looking for someone to blame.
-
The math comes first
The metrics are computed by Nave. AI interprets the results, it doesn’t generate them.
